Oversees the strategies and direction regarding member services, key accounts, communications and community development activities.

Responsible for commercial and governmental accounts: account management, energy and service needs, residential and commercial plat developments.

Provides supervision and direction of member service and billing personnel, procedures and programs in a manner that exceeds member expectations.

Coordinates Country Living magazine and advertising, internal and external communications, Co-op Connections Card, Donations & Sponsorships, Energy Service programs, ure.com website and other electronic media.

Supervises team efforts to exceed member expectations regarding member inquiries, payment processing and account management activities.
