The Union County Fair was the week of July 24 to 30. URE was represented by our trustees.
On Saturday, July 30, District 2 Trustee Mark Lotycz, District 4 Trustee David Thornton, and District 7 Trustee Je  Wilson bid on 4-H projects in support of Union County 4-H.
URE and others purchased a total of 11 projects from the following exhibitors:

They teamed up their bidding potential with D&W Farms, Jeff Wilson & Associates, John Hinder Honda, Marysville Lions Club, Marysville Primary Care, Memorial Health, New Reflections Counseling Service, and Union Propane.
URE Kids in 4-H
Laura Hutchins, senior member service representative, her husband, Matt, and their family had a big week at the Union County fair. Their daughter, Hailey, had the heavyweight division champion gilt and also the reserve champion market gilt. Laura and Matt’s sons, Garrett and Carter, got in on the action and showed their pigs too.
