7:30 AM – Power has been restored to all members. If you are still experiencing an outage, please call our office at 800-642-1826.

We know how frustrating outages can be, and we appreciate your patience. This morning’s outage was especially challenging, as the cause was not immediately visible—underground lines can make troubleshooting more complex. Our crews remain on-site, working to identify the issue, and additional equipment is being used to assist in locating the cause.

When an outage is reported, URE crews respond immediately, no matter the time of day. Today, they began at the substation, patrolled overhead lines (including sections on foot), patrolled underground line sections for obvious causes, and systematically restored power section by section. No visible damage or equipment failure was found on overhead lines or underground line areas, so further testing is ongoing.

Stay prepared: As we continue evaluating the system, there is a possibility of another outage, especially if more rain moves in this afternoon. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
