Thanks to these advanced features within SmartHub, residential members can now access detailed information that breaks down energy usage by household equipment. Discover how much energy is used by:

Break down your bill by appliance
The enhanced data lets you “itemize” your electric bill, showing exactly which appliances or groups are driving your costs. With timestamped data, you can see the most expensive times of day and understand use spikes, whether caused by weather changes, special events like family gatherings, or even malfunctioning equipment.
Fine-tune your savings by completing your home profile
For the most accurate information, you’ll need to complete your home profile in SmartHub. The more details you provide about your home and appliances, the more precise and personalized SmartHub’s information will be.

- Visit ure.com and click SmartHub under My Account in the top banner.
- Download the free SmartHub mobile app to manage your energy use on the go.

Enhanced Usage Data within SmartHub
Members Currently Using SmartHub: This data has 80%-plus accuracy. If you see any inaccuracies with your data, we encourage you to fill out the home profile within SmartHub.Members New to SmartHub: Enhanced data may take up to four months to populate within SmartHub. General data is still available.

Our goal is to provide you with account access on demand for your mobile devices, tablets, and computers to save you time in your busy life. SmartHub:
- Provides 24-hour access to account(s)
- Sends e-mail notifications when a new electric bill is generated and allows you to pay electronically using Visa, MasterCard or American Express card or an electronic check transaction.
- Allows members to enroll in Auto-Pay and never worry about missing a due date again!
- Provides current and historical billing information and payment history.
- Report an outage with the click of a button to avoid long call waiting times.
- Special Alerts including Power Outages and Peak Alerts (you can enroll in text notifications, meaning we’ll send you a text!). CLICK HERE to learn how to set up notifications.
- Vote for board elections and code changes online in minutes rather than by mail ballot.
- Monitor energy use 24/7/365, and set up usage threshold alerts so you’ll be notified if your usage jumps. This is a great way to find out what habits are costing you and where your energy dollars are going.
- Outlines daily, monthly, and annual energy usage in graphs.
- Get notified about planned outages, special events, and more.
- Use email? SmartHub allows you to enroll in Paperless Billing (and save a tree!).
