Sign up to receive email and/or text notifications for Billing, Usage, Service and other related reasons via your SmartHub account. Notifications can be sent to your cell phone, tablet or computer.

On the SmartHub mobile app:
To Manage Contacts:
Under more at the bottom, click on My Account Info and Contact Methods.
Add your phone number.
Click “Receive Text Messages.”
Accept Terms & Conditions.
Complete verification.
To Manage Notifications:
Under more at the bottom, click on My Account Info and Manage Notifications.
Select the category and notifications you would like to add/remove.
Select the contacts you would like to receive each notification.
Save any changes.
To Manage Contacts:
Under My Account Info click Contact Methods.
Add Email or Add Phone.
Check the Action Pen box.
Check Yes to “Receive Text Messages” box.
Save.
Agree to Terms & Conditions.
Complete verification.
To Manage Notifications:
Under My Account Info click Manage Notifications.
Select the category dropdown you would like to add/remove.
Select the Email or Phone to receive each notification.
Save any changes.
In SmartHub, select My Account Info > Contact Methods
