Manage SmartHub Contacts and Notifications

Sign up to receive email and/or text notifications for Billing, Usage, Service and other related reasons via your SmartHub account. Notifications can be sent to your cell phone, tablet or computer.

Be Notified How and When You Want

Just a few of the notifications currently available within SmartHub:

Payment Confirmation

Usage Alert

To Manage Contacts:

  1. Under more at the bottom, click on My Account Info and Contact Methods.
  2. Add your phone number.
  3. Click “Receive Text Messages.”
  4. Accept Terms & Conditions.
  5. Complete verification.

To Manage Notifications:

  1. Under more at the bottom, click on My Account Info and Manage Notifications.
  2. Select the category and notifications you would like to add/remove.
  3. Select the contacts you would like to receive each notification.
  4. Save any changes.

To Manage Contacts:

  1. Under My Account Info click Contact Methods.
  2. Add Email or Add Phone.
  3. Check the Action Pen box.pen
  4. Check Yes to “Receive Text Messages” box.
  5. Save.
  6. Agree to Terms & Conditions.
  7. Complete verification.

To Manage Notifications:

  1. Under My Account Info click Manage Notifications.
  2. Select the category dropdown you would like to add/remove.
  3. Select the Email or Phone to receive each notification.
  4. Save any changes.

Add phone and email contacts:

In SmartHub, select My Account Info > Contact Methods
