We’re giving away:

  • Two Touchstone Energy hot air balloon rides! URE is bringing the Touchstone Energy hot air balloon back to the 2026 All Ohio Balloon Fest, August 21–22, and two lucky URE members will each win a FREE hot air balloon flight for themselves and one guest! Some restrictions apply, so please read the terms and conditions below carefully before entering the contest.
  • Five members will each win two weekend passes to the All Ohio Balloon Fest.

Balloon rides are not guaranteed by URE. All flights are subject to weather conditions, pilot discretion, and other operational or safety considerations.

Terms and Conditions:

Entrants must be current URE members, be at least 18 years of age, and have an account in good standing. Height and weight restrictions apply. The combined weight of both riders may not exceed 350 pounds. Riders must be able to climb in and out of a tall balloon basket, stand for the duration of the flight, and climb out of the basket upon landing. Please consider any health or physical limitations before entering.

The URE member must be a passenger on the winning flight. The winner may choose one guest to accompany them; however, the guest must also agree to these terms and conditions. Previous balloon ride winners are not eligible. Limit one entry per person.

Balloon rides are not guaranteed by URE. All flights are subject to weather conditions, pilot discretion, and other operational or safety considerations. Winners must be available August 21–22, 2026. The launch location and flight time will be determined by URE. The length of the flight and the decision to launch will be determined by the balloon pilot.

Winners will be contacted using the information provided on their entry form. By accepting the prize, winners grant URE permission to use their name, city of residence, and photographs for promotional purposes.
