Air Sealing Rebate

of the total project cost (whichever is lower)
- Maximum amount of rebate can be no more than 50% of the total cost of the project.
- Must follow Energy Star guidelines.
- This rebate is available only to members with URE supplied electric service.
- Requires blower door test to verify reading of less than 4,000 CFM50 for air sealing. Requires duct blast test achieving less than or equal to 12CFM25 per 100 square feet (for both conditioned and unconditioned space) for duct sealing.
- Installation of insulation and/or air sealing in existing electrically heated residential homes.
- Not applicable for new construction or room additions.
