Mary Freeman was 7 years old when she and her mother attended the ribbon-cutting for Marysville’s Avalon Theatre in August of 1936.

Alex Miller joined URE in May as a line technician, bringing with him nine years of line work experience with the City of Shelby. He got to work right away!

The path to becoming a lineworker is varied. Some know from an early age what their career aspirations are, while others take multiple detours on the way to finding their passion.
